Various types of factory cranes

Overhead Crane

1. Over Head Crane (Single Girder)

Single girder overhead cranes are ideal for light-duty industrial factories with limited space between the runway and the roof. These cranes feature a lightweight structure, with the electric hoist mounted beneath the runway. The standard lifting height ranges from 5 to 10 meters, measured from the ground to the highest point when the hook is positioned under the girder.

2. Over Head Crane (Double Girder)

Double girder overhead cranes, with the electric hoist mounted between two girders, are well-suited for applications in the automotive industry, chemical plants, electric plants, and other heavy-duty environments. These cranes offer a sturdy structure and enhanced safety features, making them a dependable choice compared to single girder cranes used in light-duty industrial factories.

Low-Head Crane

The Low-Head crane is a type of single girder crane with the hoist running below the runway. It can be designed as either a single girder or double girder crane, depending on the customer’s specific requirements, including load weight and the width of the factory or building. This crane is particularly well-suited for industrial factories that require maximum headroom clearance under the girder, such as aircraft maintenance hangars.

Gantry Crane

A gantry crane has an A-shaped leg on both sides. It is designed for outdoor and factory use. When used outdoors, it is called a “Gantry Crane,” while when used indoors, it is referred to as a “Semi-Gantry Crane.” During the installation of a gantry crane, we place an SQ-Bar beneath the crane runway. The girder used for supporting the weight is of the double-girder type. The controls are similar to those used for overhead cranes. This equipment is suitable for businesses involved in concrete or steel production and structural industries. It can lift loads ranging from 1 ton and beyond.

Monorail Crane

In this crane configuration, the hoist is installed on an electric monorail runway, allowing the hoist to travel along the runway. The installation is customized to match the customer’s production line, accommodating both straight and curved pathways according to the customer’s preferences. This crane is suitable for use in specific locations or areas.

JIB Crane

The JIB Crane is designed with an arm that can rotate around the body, covering an angle from 90 to 180 degrees. This crane is ideal for lifting in specific locations where a certain radius is required. There are two types of this crane: the Jib crane and the wall-mounted jib crane.

KITO Light Crane (KLC)

The structure is both robust and lightweight, offering flexibility in designing and installing crane systems tailored to each factory’s needs. You can choose the position for conveying materials to a conveyor belt, enabling multi-position automatic conveying or precise and repetitive operations.
