Ordering Process

1.Product Selection

Choose the desired products and click “Add to Cart.”

2. Review Order List

Review, edit, or delete items in your cart as needed.
Click “Proceed with Order” when ready.

3. Login

If you haven’t already, register and log in to place your order.
Click “Log In.”

4. Fill in Receipt and Address Information

Provide details for your receipt, tax invoice, and delivery address.

5. Order Confirmation/span>

Review your order and other information for accuracy.
Click “Place Order.”

6. Order Confirmation Email

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

7. Payment

7.1 Make a payment using the information in your order list

8. Awaiting Delivery

Once the payment is successful, your products will be dispatched and delivered to you within 3-5 working days.”

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order, it can only be done before making the payment.

1. Log in

If you haven’t already, register and log in to place your order.
Click “Log In.”

2. My Account

Select the order you wish to cancel and click “Cancel.”

4. Cancellation Confirmation Email

A cancellation confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Delivery Services

1. Your product will be delivered by a private company.
          : You can expect to receive it within 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
          : When we ship your order, you will receive a tracking number in your registered email.

2. For In-Person Pickup at Rayong Branch.
          : If you prefer to collect your product in person at our Rayong branch.
          : Hoist orders can be picked up the next day.
          : Parts orders can be collected on the same day you made the payment during our office hours (08:30-17:30), excluding weekends and public holidays.
